how do i present a golf coaching strategy to my coaching class?

Wow, this seems like a pretty in depth question. More than beyond what I could cover in a 5 minute answer. I will give you this, as a former college golf coach. Coaching or teaching golf at different levels changes a lot. The players that I dealt with on the college level needed some discipline and structure to their approach to practice and playing but largely not a lot of tinkering with their games. I was more of a recruiter, cheerleader and psychologist. They needed a lot more from the mental side of playing the game than instruction on how to swing. Most of them needed short game help considerably more than full swing, but I saw many more errors on shot choice than I ever did from bad swings.
