score cards
Question
Is there a penalty for handing in an illegible score card.
Answer
Hello Carol,
Sorry for late response. I was out of town.
As you know, Score card needs to be signed by the other person/marker. So, if the card was illegible at the time of handing-in/signing, there may be questions about the card and it will be responsible for marker to clarify beforehand.
To my best knowledge, there may be a penalty or even DQ depending on the situation.
I would advise you to consult with local rule of club.
Thanks.
