Penn Obedient Driver
Question
I recently bought a Penn Obedient driver from someone. It comes with a set of 3 weights, 2 brass and one silver, that can be moved to promote a draw or fade. I know that if I want a draw, I should put the weight in the heel. My problem is: I can't tell which weights are heavier, the brass ones or the silver one. I don't have a scale that will register that light of a weight. I can find absolutely NOTHING on line. If I want to promote a draw, do I move the 2 brass weights to the heel (which would mean the silver weight is lighter) or do I move the silver weight to the heel (which means the silver weight is heavier)? Thanks
Answer
Rob,
I am not familiar with the Penn Obedient driver and like you could find nothing on line.
Without any directions the best thing to do is experiment. Try the weights in the heel toe and then switch them around. Try teach weight in the toe only and see what results you get. I think that is the answer personally. Also try each of the weights in the heel only and view the results.
I belive this advice will help you find the right answer. Best of luck.
