What do you think about this club?
Question
Marcel
I am still on a budget, but am willing to spend a little more lately on golf. I bought a decent low end complete set last year that I am happy with for my level (beginner-intermediate-golfs a few times a year), but I have been practicing my putting indoors this year and am wondering if I should ditch the putter that came with the set and upgrade. After all, when I play with my buddies I always lose by a couple strokes and its the putting that kills me.
I am a leftie, and there isnt much choice in my area, and the prices are high unless you luck out on a sale. I saw this on Ebay and it looks OK-a bit over budget but what the hey. Can you give me an opinion? Here is the link:

Thanks!
Answer
Hi Bud,
Ok, I have no problems in giving my opinion. First of all, a golden rule: never blame the equipment for a poor performance . This doesn抰 mean that equipment doesn抰 matter. It just means that excellent equipment with bad procedures won抰 work. And if your putting is killing you I抦 sure that your putting technique isn抰 what it should be whatever the putter you are using now.
Having said that I'll answer your question: the putter you mention is excellent and with it you will run out of excuses to not putting very well. Just check if the shaft isn抰 too short or too long to you.
As a closing point, I抎 like to invite you to visit my site www.puttinglines.com and see if you can find there something useful. I抦 offering a free ebook and some parts of the other two ebooks are also free.
Good luck.
