short game and wedge play

Question
I was wondering if you had any practice strategies to improve wedge play (100 yards in) and putting.  I am a 5 handicap and have been playing for 2 years. I am 25, but need some improvements in these areas.  I am pretty accurate off the t and very accurate with my irons.  Distance is not an issue, just some short game improvements.

Thanks in advance

Answer
Long story short, your tee shots and irons are the same full swing while short game shots require different tempos, ball positions, club face manipulations, etc. My OVER THE TOP GOLF swing method, for instance, is designed for the full swing. Only through practice can you become an excellent putter and chipper of the golf ball. Practice and then more practice.
