A flex vs regular flex

I am a weekend golfer, with my game consistently in the high 80's. All of my Diablo Edge irons are regular flex except my 8 iron, which A flex. Will I be able to tell the difference?

Your equipment is very important to your game. If possible, the irons should have the same shafts in them for consistency. You are the only one that would be able to tell if you feel a difference. If your 8 iron shots fly inconsistently then I would change that shaft to a regular one.
