What does a dart fish eat?

Dartfish feed mainly on zooplankton. Smaller species also feed on algae that grows on rocks; larger varieties consume small invertebrates like amphipods as well. Sometimes, dartfish engage in cleaning behaviours. They pick tiny food bits from the skin and mouths of bigger fish for nourishment during this time.
