Question
what would you say is the best fly/presentation for my lake in noth east PA. i know you should "match the hatch" but wat else can i do. i mostly fish for bass, panfish, american shad, pickerel and perch. im 14 and any other tips would be appreciated. if you have questions about my lake or setup just ask me and ill send it back.

There are a number of choices you can make here. Based on the type of fish you're after, I would recommend the following patterns;
Clouser, Deceiver, Gotcha (Saltwater patterns that are good for Bass) any Popper, Leech, Mouse, or Minnow pattern will work an the species you've listed.
If the weather is cold, you may consider a sinking or sink tip line to get the pattern down deep. For the spring, working the shallows with a floating line for spawning fish works well.
