Orchard Industries Action Rod 1150

I have an old fishing rod and handle in a canvas zipper case. The tag on the canvas reads: Action Rod Orchard Industries Inc. Detroit MI. Model 1150, and the handle reads Orchard Industries and also has the Pat.Pend. no.: 1920966. The 1-pc.rod is 51 5/8" and it looks like a label was once on the end of the rod but is gone. How can I find a photo and description of model 1150 to verify this rod is in fact #1150? Thank you.

it sounds like you have the right combination, I wouldnt expect the rod and bag to get swapped.

However, you can post here and ask some rod collectors.

if your rod has the bakelite, colored handle, then is pretty collectable.
