Only markings I can find are; South Bend/ Cross doublebuilt/ modek 155- 8 1/2/ HCA or D.
Would you have information on this, such as year ans value?

Answer
Hi Jack,
South Bend bought out Cross around 1925 to 1930 and used both names on the rod for a time after the merge. I'm guessing the rod was from some time in the era from 1925 to 1935. It's a Bamboo fly rod I take it from the HCA or D listing. That rod would throw a WF-7 or a level 6.
I don't have a listing for that exact model but others similar in the double built are listed at $225 to $300.
For a rod with value like this one I'd feel better if you ran this past Joe Douglas on this site. He IS our expert on old bamboo fly rods.
Nice find!!!
