ANSWER: David
How do you know the model number ? on rod or Sock ?
You can only use the sock or case information can only confirm what is on the rod.
Is it flat or round sided ?
Never heard of the model Air Flex and I have heard a few thousand.
Nor is it in any of my books:
Antique & Collectible Fishing Rods: Identification & Value Guide Homel, Dan. 1997 (2nd edition 2000) add about 30% for age of book
Bamboo Rod Restoration Handbook by Michael Sinclair
Classic & Antique Fly-Fishing Tackle: A Guide for Collectors & Anglers by A.J. Campbell
So that says it isn't collectable or very valuable.
Go forth and fish it ,
That's what it was made for.
Enjoy

I don't have enough information to help you.
If you want to try again, as I say on the web site where you asked this question:
If you are asking for the id or value of an old rod please give a
complete description send pictures especially labels or logos to me,
[email protected] and a complete description including any of following that you can:
Is it? fly or casting rod ? Reel seat is below or above the cork handle ?
Check metal for id and patents ? What is it made of; bamboo ( flat sided) fiberglass or graphite ( round)? Weight in oz? What is the diameter (not circumference) of the rod above the handle? Where and when was it purchased ? What type of metal nickel-silver, tin, or chrome platted brass? A complete description of any logos or labels. Do the sections fit together ?
Length of rod per section and number of sections. Total rod length.
