middle   Have an old cane pole, may be hand made is about 15 ft long including pics from one end all pieces to the other end. any idea on the value?

Forgive me but while I am very familiar with split cane rods, whole cane rods, their eras and the repair of them, I do not offer appraisals on them or any other rods, reels or lures.

I am unaware of any collectable cane poles that are not fashioned as more than the most simple of fishing instruments that many of us caught our first fish on, which it appears you have found.
