fishing in alaska

hai i am doing my post graduation in shipping and port managemant, after completion of my course i would like to go to alaska for fishing job. i request you to send me about the right time for fishing in alaska. also is there any danger while fishing in pacific ocean. basically i am indian and the climate here is +28 to +42 celcius. can i able to survive there . i wilol be waiting for your reply.

Well, my specialty is CATFISH and i have no clue about Alaskan fishing, but i would guess anytime of the year would be a good time to go, they are always catchin something up there all year round. You make me laugh when you ask if you could survive in the Alaskan climate!.. You will be fine, people do live there ya know..lol. Actually during the 6 months the sun shines in Alaska, it is actually pretty good weather, like 55-65 degrees Farenheit. Only danger while fishing in the frigid waters of Alaska is DONT FALL IN...THAT WATER IS COLD COLD COLD!..
