bait casting reels

can you give me a few tips on how to learn to cast one of theses reels ,its my first time and i really want to learn how...i thank you very much,,,,craig

A bit complicated to make a description...

What is the most important is to well set pressure on line.... meaning  IN POSITION  free spool the lures should go down regularly, when it reach the ground no more line should go out... As all lures have diferent weight you have to take good care of that...

Bait casting reels have their fan, Spinning  reels also... In USA MOST ANGLER USE BAIT CASTING IN EUROPE SPINNING.. mater of preferences and what you use the reel for..Casting or Trolling...
In my opinion Bait casting are more complicated to use .. if fish on when you get tangle..( Knots in the reel..) as it is almost close you have no chance to save the situation...With Spining you have a chance...
My preference was  for  casting  Spinning reels...To troll Bait casting reels...
Since a year we start to use Braided line on our Spining reels ( This time of line do not Twist )  so we can use them as well for Trolling or Casting
