Hi my name is jacob i'am 14 and live in the northwest and i was wondering on what is the best bait for rainbow trout in lakes. And whats the best fly for pink salmon "aka,humpy".

Hi Jacob,
I still believe that it is hard to beat "good ol'" earth worms for lake rainbows.
Pink Salmon are mainly found in Canada and Alaska today.  There are always local favorite fly's for "pinks" but you generally want to have a collection of large nymphs as well as traditional salmon flys such as pink and white buck tails, purple and white buck tails, egg sucking leeches, black woolly buggers and olive wooly buggers.
