Tarpon - plastic lures

what is the best lure to catch tarpon, time (morning ,afternoon or night)moon phase? thanks from Puerto Rico.

every place have its specificity... I know tarpon we caught thousand of them some world record etc etc... Wwhat I can say is than in our Junggle river best lures are the RAPALA BECAUSE OF THEIR WEIGHT , They are very light, tarpon have problem to spiyt them... best are Floating or diving magnum size minmum 14 To small there is a risk than fish swallow them... Also a top lure is the Rapala super shad rap ....for both category I will say than all colour may work I recoamand a look at the colour chart on Rapala site
