Heddon fishing poles

I have a Heddon pole, i think it is bamboo. the numbers on it are: #13-8'-O-F-yd D or E yd. Can you tell what they mean and the approximate value of it.

its a model 13 rod, 8 feet long. The other markings relate to the weight fly line that should be used.

Condition and completeness will affect value. The rod should have two tips (same length - if one is shorter its been repaired). The rod should have  bag and an aluminum tube.

If its complete in excellent condition - $100-$150 range
