Wright & McGill Fly Rod American

I am helping a friend value this, after scouring the internet I have found out a lot about W&M and Eagle Claw Rods, but cannot find anything on this particular model.  Is it custom and if so how does one value it?  If not, would you be able to point me in the right direction?

Your friends rod value will depend on the length of the rod, does it have both original tips (should be the same length), the condition of the rod. Does it have the original bag and tube.

If you can send some photos - particularly of the reel seat, I can connect with some collectors on the age, etc.
