Question
Here at Patoka Lake resovoir in Indiana. The water has been extremely high this spring and summer,about 8 or 9 monthseveryone is having trouble locating fish of any size,lots of 4-5 ince fish.Did`nt find crappie buring spawn either when it should be easy.Where could they be?And how could i locate them? Thank You

I just found your question on the website, and not sure how long it has been here. Hopefully not that long, as it was never received in the email that is forwarded from All Experts.
As for your question, I would start looking for the original shore line. I know that may sound strange, but if the water has been stable at a high level, then sometimes fish will return to their regular holding areas. I normally will fish freshly flooded brush and wood areas, and these may still be hold fish. However, since you are having problems locating them I'm sure you have already tried those area. So, again, I would suggest the orginal areas where you normally catch the fish. A depthfinder could help, as well as a topo map.
