Whats the name of the 3 looped things on the fishing rod that holds the fishing line in place?
and whats the strongest fishing line available?

Guides or line guides are what they are called.  You can get fishing line that will fit on a large reel--200 # test and more.  But if you use a rod that isn't strong enough, the line will break it.  Each must be balanced to the other.  Rods usually have stamped on them the size line they can handle, so people buy that size to place on their reels.  Boris
