crappie in janurary

i am taking  my dad and two brothers crappie fishing in jan.07 somewhere in fla. last year we went to lake woodruff an had a fantastic time but not many fish. im looking for the best crappie lake with camping close by for my 42ft motorhome and 21ft bass boat. i have been bass and striper fishing in east tenn.for over 35 years. thank you

Sidney; I am probably not the best one to answer this question as I have not fished anywhere in Florida except in the Panhandle area.  I do know that Lake Ocochobee is a great crappie lake and there are plenty of campgrounds around it. Most of thelakes in central Florida are good for crappie but I am not that familiar with them.  Florida has plenty of places to put your motorhome and landings for your boat.
Send me an e-mail and I will check to see which lakes are the best and then e-mail you back.  I will check with some people I know and let you know what I find out.
