The Roosevelt model was first made in the 30s by HI. In the forties and 50s it became the 2305 Roosevelt. If I have to guess I would say from your brief description of the label that your rod is 1929 to 34 but I would like to have a picture of the label before you quote me , please. Email is
[email protected]. I rarely evaluate rods prices without seeing them. The Roosevelt was bottom of the line at HI. Horrocks-Ibbotson rods are looked down upon by the collecting community and often are justified. They were mass produced , rather heavy and very slow.
