how old do you need to be to have to have a fishing license in illinois?

Being a resident of Kentucky, and never having fished or hunted in Illinois I attempted to find the information for you. However the Illinois DNR website does not have a list of who has to have a license by age...and this being a Saturday it will be Monday before I could call or get an email anser. I apologize but being an expert does not include a complete knowledge of License requirements for all 50 states. You can copy and paste the URL in to the browser to get to the Illinois Site.
