EC Powell Bamboo Fly Rod

Question
I have the rod above it is 9' signed by Mr Powell in 1946.
Can you tell me the value of it. i have looked but all I can find is for 8'6".  It is in original excellent condition,
2 piece with extra tip, cover and tube.

This is truly a rare find and if it is all original and as described as xlnt WITH original cover and tube....wow. If I were the owner and wanted to sell it quickly, I think $2000 -$2500 would be collectors' range of interest (maybe more, certainly not much less) . It's hard to price these rarer lots due to region,time of year etc. You can be assured that marketing values of even reproduced bamboo units is ever increasing. The desire to own and operate a bamboo rod has surged dramatically in the past decade. I hope this helps answer your questioning.
