Chatter baits

Whats the best way to fish the chatter bait? i have no idea do you just real it jig it or what?

There is no bad way to fish the chatter baits.  I love them and I use them more than spinnerbaits now.

You can burn them over shallow weeds and slow roll them in 15-20 feet of water.  And, everything in-between!  

But you reel them more than jig them.  But definitely kill the retrieve now and then and let them free-fall for a few seconds.

It's a great bait!
