Question about a lovely old cane rod

Hi Rich,,

Was surfing the net and came across your name regarding cane rods. If it is not too much trouble, I have a cane rod that I am trying to find some info on for a friend of my fathers.The rod is a J.S. Sharpe Aberdeen Super Parabolic Fario Club 8'5"  # 5-6 Fly rod. Made by Farlows under Pezon & Michel Licence. It also has a decal??? above the handle that says impregnated. This rod has never been fished and is in unbelievable condition without any flaws stains etc. If it is at all possible can you help me out or direct me to somewhere that might be able to assist me. Thanks for taking the time to consider my request and look forward to hearing from you.

I have not had good luck with Farlows rods. I am sure they are nice  but they are not in my books. Try searching Farlows , a sporting goods company in England, get an email and try them.
And  you might try looking in this book:
