spinnerbaits

Hi, I' am a beginning fisherman. I wanted to know is a spinner bait the most effective lure to use to catch bass.

Hi Tommy, welcome to the great sport of fishing, and thanks for this question.
A spinnerbait can be highly productive under the right conditions, but it is far from my favorite, or personal best, bait. I generally would prefer a crankbait, jig & pig or senko-type bait as these all have been much more productive for me.
