If you are asking for the id or value  of an old rod please give a complete description , send pictures THOSE ARE COMING IF I CAN GET MY CAM TO WORK especially labels NO LABELS THAT I COULD FIND or logos to me,  and a complete description including the any of following that you can:
Is it? fly or casting rod ? NO IDEA Reel seat is below or above the cork handle ? THERE IS NO CORK HANDLE ,REEL SEAT IS 17 INCHES FROM END OF POLE.
Check metal for id and patents ? NONE What is it made of; bamboo ( flat sided) fiberglass or graphite ( round)IT'S ROUND AND JUST A POLE OF BAMBOO.? Weight in oz? VERY LITE A POUNDS MAYBE NOT SURE..What is the diameter  AN INCH ACROSS AT THE BASE AND TAPERS DOWN TO THE SIZE OF THE SKINNY END OF A CHOPSTICK  (not circumference) of the rod above the handle? Where was it purchased ? GIFT FROM A FRIEND IN 1980 SEATTLE WA..What type of metal nickel-silver, tin, or chrome platted brass? NO IDEA IT'S A FLAT SILVER COLOR AND LOOKS POSSIBLY HOME MADE A complete description of any logos or labels. Length of rod per section and number of sections. From what I can make of your description , you have a Huck Finn fishing rod. It my be bamboo but it is not a split Tonkin bamboo fly rod which is where the money is. You will find no literature on this type of rod. It is not collected and very low resale value but some restaurant may give you $30 to hang it on thier wall.
