Answer
You don't need to dress your line at all. All you need to do with spinnerbaits is cast them out and when they hit the water count to five or six and start reeling in faster and faster until you can feel the vibration of the blades. Spinnerbaits are good all around baits and will produce for almost any kind of fish. I like Beetle Spins. My "go to" lure is always a lipless crankbait. What I would recommend for you to do is go to a local tackle shop, sporting goods store, or even the fishing section of Walmart and ask the person working there your situation and ask if they have any advice. Don't be shy to pick their brains about your subject, it's their job to help you out. If you need anymore help just ask a follow up question and I will see what I can do. Slimy fives and tight lines! Good Luck!
