Milwards rod, 810 troutmaster

Question
I have a vintage bamboo rod that i bought on a garage sale. It was in it's original black coton envelope and is in VGC i believe, except for the spare tip that was broken. It has a number on it: 5770 A, it is 8"10", cork is excellent condition and so is the rest of it.
    I am sending you some pics, and would like to know the value of it, and also which year could this one have been made if possible.

Hi Guy,

My reference book does not list the Troutmaster, but does list other similar Milwards rods.  In VGC other than the broken tip would drop this down to not much better than Good condition overall.  That would likely place its value in the $120-$160 range.

I don't have any information on date of maufacture but would guess some time in the 1940s-1960s.
