Spinning reel part

Question
I purchased a Shakespeare, Agility Spinning Reel, Model # AGL 835. The screw that holds the handle on was lost. I have had no luck trying to get it replaced. It is a brand new reel. I am not sure the part is even called a screw.

phone him , he is knowledgeable and nice. I have bought several handle kits from him- not very expensive  but you buy the knob and screw from him
