can you give me a recipe for ground bait but the ingradience have to be store some thing that i can buy from a local market?

Ground baits are about as aried as stars in the sky, and included everythihng form Hemp seed to Bird seed,,,,,,
there are different recipies for
Winter Fall Summer and Spring, still water of fast running water, pre-spawn or post spawn, etc, etc,,,, so your question is really difficult to respond to,,
