Montagua Fly rods

Hi Rich, I have 2 antique Montagua fly rods that I would like to get an approx worth of. I have no idea how old they are or their weight. What I can tell you is both rods are eight footers, both rods have the emblem of a fish (looks like a trout)in the talon of some type of bird of pray. Both rods have wire guides. One is 3 piece with a thumb screw type ring on the reel seat for holding the reel in place, the rod is dark brown in color and says on it Montagua Hollow Glass. The second rod is a 2 piece, the color is a mustard yellow, it looks to be bamboo, the reel seat has a slide ring on it to hold the reel in place,and says Amateur on the rod.Any help with this would be appreciated. I think you mean Montague.
First rod - I am assuming it is round- and made from fiberglass. They are not only not collected very much, but Montague made a whole lot of low quality rods .

Neither rod is very valuable.
They are looked down upon by the collecting community and often they are justified. They were sort of mass produced , rather heavy and very slow. They are not going to resale for very much.
A small portion of these rods are decent fishing tools . It is the collector community that decides the prices , please  don't blame the messenger.
I find two books are available at larger libraries to get history and or value:
Antique & Collectable Fishing Rods: Identification & Value Guide Homel, Dan. 1997 (2nd edition 2000) ,add 30% due to the age of the book.

Second Rod I am assuming 6 flat sides meaning it is composed of  bamboo. - Homel gives the 8' Montague model "Amateur" fly rod with an extra tip, 2 sections a value of  $15, 50 and $100 for poor, good, excellent condition respectively.
