I just bought from ebay 2 south bend fly fishing reel.
- south bend finalist 1122
- south bend gladding 1122

I would like to know:
- where they were manufactured ? (USA, Japan, ...)
- When they were made ?

Interestingly, Shakespeare made most of the reels sold by South Bend. They are late 60s - 70s reels. You can learn more about fishing reels at this website:
