I doubt if you are going to get an answer, have you tried Fenwick?
http://www.fenwickfishing.com/about_history.php
I am a bamboo man not fiberglass. Fiberglass is just not collected like bamboo. It was made from the 1950s to the 70s.
I continue to look but here's what I usually say:
I have no specific history or books on fiberglass, I believe they don't exist, but here's two web sites that on fiberglass:
http://fiberglass-fly-rods.pbwiki.com/
http://www.fiberglassflyrodders.info/:
Please be cautious about someone telling you your rod is worth thousands until they offer cash. People want fiberglass to be collectable like bamboo but that doesn抰 make it so.
I got a new book , which briefly mentions Fenwick glass rods, Fishing Collectibles: Identification & Price Guide by Russell Lewis. Lewis mentions 2 Fenwick glass rods at $75 and 150 - they are mint , pristine - no appearance of wear at all and not your model.
Price Book:
Antique & Collectible Fishing Rods: Identification & Value Guide by Homel, Dan. 1997 (2nd edition 2000) add about 30% for age of book.
Fenwick glass rods are one of the few non bamboo rods mentioned in Homel.
Homel gives the Fiberglass fly rods c.1965-1975 the value of $10, 35 and $70 for poor, good, excellent condition respectively. My experience is that these prices are probably more realistic in actual resale value.
I recommend you search ebay , I see Fenwick Fishing Rods & History Collector Guide CD incl First Graphite, Prices for only 24 , which probably has your answer
