Answer
Douglas, I am not an expert on fishing rods but I may be able to give you just a little help with at least one of the rods. When I was in the Navy we made a trip to Japan and while I was there I bought several bamboo rods of various types. I used them when I got home but soon found that they were not much good. I hope yours are better. Look carefully for "Made in Japan" on the rods. If you find one or more that have "Made in Occupied Japan" they may have some value as collectors items. You could probably sell them on "E-Bay". Collectors may pay well for those.
About all I can tell you other than that would be to serf the web for collectors of fishing tackle and contact them with the information on the rods. They may be able to tell you whether these are valuable or not. Otherwise just use them and catch fish with them.
Sorry I could not be of more help but this is really beyond my area of expertise.
