Montague bambo fly rod

Question
Can you help me find any information about the 3 section fly rod with extra tip.  I can only fine the montague Rod & Reel Company decal on it.

each section is 34.5 inches long.  The wraps look to be gold (dirty color) or a light brown.

Any help is appreciated.

I apologize for the delay in responding, I was out of town and out of touch.

Does the decal also have a model name on it for this rod?   Montague had more than one rod model with gold wraps so if there is a model name it will help narrow things down a bit.  If not, I can usually narrow down the model with a photo of the rod and a photo of the handle and reel seat.  You can send multiple photos directly to me at [email protected]

The models listed in my reference book that did have gold wraps tend to be toward the lower end of the middle range of Montague rod models in terms of original sales price.  I can't be very specific regarding value until we narrow down the model, but I can give you some broad ranges of vlaue depending on the actual condition of the rod.  These values assume you have the complete rod (which you do), the original rod bag and the original rod tube.

Values for condition in Poor-Fair condition are in the $30-$$45 range; in Good-Very Good condition in the $75-$100 range; and in Excellent-Mint condition in the $150-$180 range.
