value of a fly rod

Sir;I found a 1962 Wright & Mcgill fly rod in good condition. It has the date and patent # on it. I am wondering what the value of it might be. thanks Jeff Sen

Hi Jeff,

I'm sorry, but Joe Douglas will probably have a better guess at this than I would.  I know that they were mass produced so their value usually isn't that great.  Probably $60-100.  But pose this to Joe, as he is the collecting expert.  

It's a great piece history though and a great find.
