orchard Ind, fishing pole

I have a old fishing pole made of stan, steel its 5 ft. tall has 4 eyes on pole the handle looks like its made of ivory its  with red in the center an 2 white line on each side of the red. the same for the peice of handle in the front of where the rod goes. All eyes are orgenal with wire rape on them.  theres 2 crews on the handle one for the rod the other releases the pole from the handle. I am trying to find out what it is worth? IF you can help I would be so Thankfull,

This Orchards Industries steel rod is one that has more collector value than most other steel casting rods.  In Poor-Fair condition value is $20; in Good-Very Good condition $40-$65; In Excellent-Mint condition $75-$115.

Take a good look at the rod and carefully assess its condition before you set a price.

Also, be aware that, unlike a collector, the average person is not likely to pay these prices for an older steel rod.

It should be a good rod for fishing.
