Wright McGill rod

Question
I recently purchased a Wright McGill 7ft (Comet)spinning fiberglass rod. I can't find it in any of my books. Do you know what years it was produced and value?

Short answer no
You are probably not going to find much . It is not in my books:
Antique %26 Collectible  Fishing Rods: Identification %26 Value Guide Homel, Dan. 1997 (2nd edition 2000) add about 30% for age of book.
but
Bamboo Rod Restoration Handbook by Michael Sinclair mentions fiberglass generally.
Spin rods just aren't collected like fly rods, fiberglass too is not as valuable as bamboo.

Fiberglass first came out in the 50s and was replaced in the  70s by graphite.
