9.5 ft Milwards cane rod circa 1955
Question
To begin with I fish on occasion for trout in the streams of the Annapolis Valley in N.S., Canada. I have my uncles Milwards rod in the original canvas bag all fitted into an aluminum cylinder. It has never been used. It has 2 handles and a spare tip. I am inquiring about the value of this piece of equipment.
Answer
David; As I have said in so many previous questions I am not knowledgeable in the value of antique fishing equipment. I suggest you go online and search for "antique fishing equipment" or write to Bassmaster Magazines' "What's it worth". editor. He is an expert on such things.
My expertise is limited to fishing itself not antique equipment.
I am sorry I couldn't help more than this but I would be lieing if I tried to give you a value.
Thanks anyway for the question. I hope you find someone who knows the answer.
