Vintage fighting belts and harness

Question
I was shopping on Ebay and came across a couple items that I couldn't find much information about. Which are a C.F. Stancliff Fighting Belt and and an all leather Sport King harness vest that came along with a Penn reel. Any information would be appreciated. I am not completely sure i understand your question. They are for deep sea fishing, the belts are set up to secure the rod to you, while your strapped to a chair on the deck of a boat while fishing/fighting large ocean fish (swordfish, marlin, etc).
