old fishing rods

Hi,  I was hoping you could give me some info. on a Great Lakes fishing rod, one piece. It has on it: Kenora, a Canadian Product,B145R,Great Lakes. It has a pulley like tip and it is in good condition. Also there is a Penn Peer reel no. 209  with wire instead of line. Any information would be appreciated.

Hi John,

Sorry, I don't have any information on this specific rod.  It sounds like a trolling rod used for large lake trout.  I assume it is either fiberglass or graphite.  Value would only be a guess on my part, but I would guess something in the $30-$60 range depending on actual condition.
