very old bristol fishing pole

hello my question is quite simple. i have a fishing rod that was or is my dads. it is a bristol telascopic green 6 sided with copper and brass eyes it has a cork handle.this pole is in mint condition.i also have the origanal bag it was sold in with the tag on it from the company.my father was born and raised in torrington ct and worked at the bristol skate shop that origanaly made them that is how he came by it.also we are avid anglers every chance we get.any info on what it is worth would be greatly appreciated thank you very much for all your help

Bristol rods are mentioned in Antique & Collectable Fishing Rods: Identification & Value Guide Homel, Dan. 1997 (2nd edition 2000).
These old metal rods are essentially worthless unless you sell them for a wall hanger like $25. I have tried without luck. The metals just aren't collectable like the bamboo. I have one and it is not fishable either, it would ruin your arm after a few moments.
