Hello, wold love to know age and value of this rod. Label says Montague Rod and Reel Company. It is 8 to 8.5 ft long. I would judge it to be in excellent condition. It has two end pieces. Thank You

This rod would be from the 1950-1954 time period based on the comapny name shown on the decal. This was the final five year period of rods made under the Monatgue name. Model names were not used during these years as part of the label.
In excellent condition the rod would be valued in the $150-$200 range.
