In your opinion, what do you think is the best curcuit training combination for volleyball? what do you think are the most suitable exercises to improve one's self in volleyball?

The best volleyball exercises for training are:

-Smashing the ball against a wall: Smash the ball on the ground first so that it bounces against the wall. When coming back, don't let it bounce on the floor and repeat the same process. For this exercise you need to apply a lot of strenght and doing it jumping is even more successful for improving your smash.
-In pairs, one attacks by smashing and the other defends and returns the ball high to repeat the process.
-With the net, in pairs, one throws the ball high, smashes and the other blocks. If necessary, a third person can serve for the smasher.
-For improving the serving, in pairs, with a distance of 15-20 meters, grab the ball with both of your hands, putting it over your head to the back and throwing it like this to the other person. This exercise has various combinations and can be done hand by hand.

This are the basic exercises.. mostly for smashing and serving, that are generally the most difficult ones.
