is volley ball a good work out? can you gain muscles if you play all the time? if you are short what is the best postiton you can play?
how do you spike a ball? everytime i do it it hits the net? but yes i am going to try out this year.

Volleyball is a good work out; however, it is mostly aerobic, so you won't gain muscle size. You will gain endurance and strength.
If you are short, the best position to play is setter or Libero.
