play number scheme

I am new to Volleyball, but an old time coach.  I need a 'system' for play calling.  I have a very talented team.  I feel I can run back row hitting, slides, x, and stacks, as well as left side hitter attacks.  I do not know how t go about developing a play calling system that is easy for me and the kids(high school girls) and  how to put the plays in.

if I understand good, You need a finger scheme for the setter for calling the different playing actions? You can use whatever finger number for calling the action... it dependes of the deal betvean coach, setter and attackers... normaly You use one hand for calling the predifined action (in the way that the other team can not see it)...
