Strategy for 4x4

I've been playing competitive co-ed 4x4 volleyball for years, in sand and grass.  I've just started playing Hardcourt Women's 4x4, and we're having trouble developing our offensive and defensive strategies.  We have two strong blockers, the other two are good setters but short.  Anyone can attack the ball (no limitations by serving position).  Oh, and all the other teams are mostly 6foot +.  Any suggestions?  And do you know of any resources for 4x4 strategy?

I haven't a ton of experience playing fours but when we do, the diamond formation seems to fit the bill.  Remember with only four players, there is no rotations by position just rotations into the serve.  I would put a setter up front and two blockers/hitter...leaving your fastest player to cover the back.
