QuestionHey!
i have asked you a question before,
and i wanted to ask a follow up.
okay, do recruiters look at anything else when considering to sign you, for instance do they look at your other extracurricular or community service hours, etc.
AnswerWelcome back to allexperts.com!! It's good to hear from you again.
I think you know the answer to this yourself! What would you be looking for, if you were in charge of winning volleyball games with 18, 19, 20 and 21 year olds? No, you wouldn't care if the girls who contacted you were members of clubs at school. You probably wouldn't care if they were the president of the senior class. And you probably wouldn't care if the girl had done 200 hours of community service either (unless she was forced to by a judge! WHOA!!).
Sure all those qualities are nice to have.
But college coaches need:
a) people of good character;
b) who are good students, and;
c) who are athletic.
It's hard to put these in order from most to least important, because if a group of vball players are deficient in either of these three areas, the team will suffer.
Is this what you wanted to know? If you need anything else, please contact me anytime.
